Sally-Anne Dooman, R.C.M., O.L.C.M.
Sally has been managing condominiums for over 22 years, earning her RCM designation in 2007 and obtaining the Ontario General Licence in 2018. Having managed a variety of condo types – townhouse, highrise, lowrise and commercial, including standard, phased, lot line and common elements condominiums – her experience and understanding is wide-ranging and varied.
Sally has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Golden Horseshoe chapter of CCI as well as chapter and Ontario-level Education Committees and as a member of the CCI Ontario Legislative Committee, presenting at numerous conferences and webinars, and occasionally writing for condominium magazine publications. As part of a transition to her retirement, Sally has recently started Dooman Property Advisory, providing document review and consulting services to the condominium industry, while continuing to provide some management services on a limited contractual basis.
