Review of condominium documents or declarant disclosure documents
We will review the governing documents and provide a report identifying any "red flags", items of concern or issues that the requester may want to bring to the attention of their lawyer - ideal for prospective condominium purchasers or new owners/Board members; also for Boards considering revamping their Rules or making a change to the declaration (note that for amendments to governing documents, the corporation’s lawyer may still need to be engaged to provide a final review and approval)

Review of contracts or contract proposals
We will review and provide a report identifying any "red flags", items of concern or issues that the requester may want to renegotiate - ideal for Boards entering into new service contracts (landscaping, submetering, software programs, HVAC maintenance, etc., etc.)

New management provider review
We will prepare a scope of work, review proposals/quotes, interview the management providers or provide a list of specific questions for the Board to ask and will provide my opinion on each provider - for any Board looking for a new management provider.

Owners’ meetings
We will chair AGM or other owners meeting. For in-person attendance, travel time may be charged for. This is for self-managed corporations who don't have a manager to chair for them.

General or specific inquiries
We will answer questions and provide my opinion regarding any provision of the Condominium Act, understanding that I cannot provide legal advice and may recommend further review and discussion with the corporation's lawyer. Will also discuss, review and answer
questions related to a corporation’s specific situation.
